Could you be the full-time Industrial Engineer in Oslo we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates. As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be responsible for industrializing the maintenance or warranty activity at the Depot, Repair Centre or Production site s to secure the production deliverables. You will be responsible to : Define the Industrial documentation and processes: Lead the industrialization of technical documentation, respecting the Standards and practices from Alstom Elaborate the required industrial deliverables: Work Instructions, workstations, Bill of Material, Task Sequence, task chronograms Provide inputs to Industrial means, data management and tools Define and implement the training plan related to industrial topics Validate on the field the industrial deliverables Understand and support the implementation of the Industrial Roadmap Ensure Railway Safety and EHS standards are respected Support project execution: Set up industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, safety, Ergonomics Adapt the industrial process and deliverables to the project life cycle Contribute to the Control Change Board to improve non-quality or improve the safety, and performance of operations. Build the industrial performance dashboard to measure team efficiency Provide industrial expertise to focus improvement actions All about you We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or other technical fields 2 – 5 years of experience working in similar industries “Railway, Aeronautics, automation… Experience in operational environment Experience in using a planning tool (Primavera, MS Project….)
